What is the worst position a player can be during a netball game?
The WORST position a player can be during a Netball Game is - OUT OF PLAY!
(see link attached here)
Teach your players the rules for
CONTACT & OBSTRUCTION  (linked here) because the penalty for these infringements are
-
the penalised player must stand beside and away from the player taking the penalty and may not move or attempt to take part in play either physically or verbally.
WHY IS IT THE WORST? Because in a team game this leaves your team one player short and your opposition with a free player.
