* ACTIVE KIDS REBATE VOUCHER
All NSW children attending school, aged 5-18 years are eligible for a voucher from the NSW Government.
If you are redeeming your Active Kids Voucher on your netball registration, you need to have registered with ServiceNSW and they will email you your voucher code BEFORE you begin to register for netball.
# Have your voucher code ready when the Payment screen pops up, there will be a Vouchers / Coupon entry box on this screen.
# If not already selected, select the “Active Kids NSW ($100)” from the drop-down
# Enter your Active Kids voucher code from ServiceNSW - Click Apply
# Once a valid code is entered, $100 will automatically be deducted from the final amount payable.
You will need to repeat these steps for each child with their own unique voucher code.

* PHOTOS REQUIRED in 2018.
All NEW club members & players turning 12 YEARS in 2018 require a Photo for their Registration Card. 
Please email a headshot photo of yourself (for your new photo ID card to registrar@glenhavennetball.com.au as soon as you can after registering or if you would prefer, you can post a colour passport/school photo to Suite 405/33 Lexington Drive Bella Vista 2153.

Senior Team Registration Night date tbc – this is where the nominated team contact comes along with the Team Registration Form, and player photos and submits the team nomination form. Please remember that ALL SENIOR teams need to have a nominated umpire who will umpire all of your teams umpiring allocations for 2018 for their team registration to be accepted by the club. (it can be more than one person)
Forms will be emailed to 2017 Team Contacts shortly. If you are a new Senior Team to our club, please email Michelle and she will pass the form on when it is available.
